So, I had some extra time on my hands this morning and decided I needed to really commit to a base building and marathon training plan. It is probably premature given my recent spat with injuries, but a guy can dream, can’t he? If I had a magic wand, I’d be fit and ready to go for the LA Marathon next March. Yes, it is a long way off but keep in mind, I’ve been down, out, and relegated to the weight room for over a year. I am trying not to hurt myself again.
